Visiting Assistant Professor in South/Southeast Asian History, University of Oklahoma Southeast Asian or South Asian History. The University of Oklahoma, Norman seeks applicants for a one-year, non-renewable position as a visiting assistant professor of Southeast Asian or South Asian history, beginning August 2005. Teaching responsibilities (two courses per semester) may include upper-division courses in area of applicant's specialty and lower-division survey in Asian or World history. Candidates with teaching experience who will hold a Ph.D. by the time of the appointment will be given preference.
